CMM Inspection and Testing
We provide in-house CMM inspecting and testing and maintain ISO-compliant processes to ensure quality and performance of the product and that we meet your exact specifications and tight tolerances.
CMM Inspection
Our CMM with articulating head and PC-DMIS software allows us to provide you with a highly accurate measurement of your part. We have GD&T capability if your project requires it. The CMM can be used to reverse engineer a part. CMM Table: X: 35.4″, Y: 47.2:, Z: 33.5″.
Material Certifications and Process Documentation
We are experienced in providing you the certifications needed for commercial or government-related projects. This documentation may include material certifications with traceability for DFAR compliance, welder certifications ( i.e. WPS, PQR, welder’s log), process certifications for heat treatment, plating and coatings and post-weld inspections (including mag. particle and liquid penetrant). Our goal is to help you maintain the proper paperwork for the materials and services we offer to meet your documentation requirements.

- Yearly inspection and calibration of welding equipment by an independent service
- Only tools that belong to TrimMaster, are registered, identified by number and have an established calibration schedule may be used in the shop
